At GiftWitty, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Since our products are made-to-order using Print On Demand (POD) services, please carefully review our policies regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

General Return Policy

GiftWitty products are unique and produced only when ordered. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges if the wrong size, color, or product was ordered. Please double-check all product details, including size and color options, before completing your purchase.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged product or there is a manufacturing error, we are here to assist you. To qualify for a free reprint or a refund, please follow these guidelines:

  • Timeframe: Contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
  • Proof: Provide a clear photo showing the issue using our “Submit Issue” form, via email, or WhatsApp.

If multiple items are affected by the same issue (e.g., identical design flaws), additional photos or a video showing all affected items in one frame may be required for confirmation.

Conditions That Do Not Qualify for Refunds or Reprints

  • Incorrect Size or Color Selection: Please note that refunds or reprints are not available if the wrong size or color was ordered. We recommend double-checking your selections before finalizing your order.
  • Unsuccessful Delivery: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, we offer the following options:
    • Reprint: Available with an additional charge.
    • Partial Refund: A partial refund may be considered depending on the situation.

For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printed products, there is a 0.5″ tolerance for print placement. Minor variations within this range are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds or reprints.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. Refunds will be processed directly to the original payment method, typically your bank account. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank’s policies.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

  • Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Delivery Time: Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • Shipping Insurance: For more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
